Veronica - the hostess - was extremely helpful and kind. She provided detailed instructions for getting to the apartment, and even left a bottle of Prosecco as a birthday gift for my husband. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The apartment was clean, well equipped, and had a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The remote opening system was convenient for late arrival. We also loved the fact that the apartment was close to everything in the city, allowing us to easily explore all the sights.

The difficulty we had with the keys to open the apartment door. It took us more than 5 minutes to open it at times and we heard that other guests had to call for assistance.
